If you had sons would you allow them to play with dolls? Why or why not?

Here we go, this is what happens when the advertisers make their advertisements separated into genders. If I had sons, I would actually let them play with the dolls because we can't tell them not to enjoy their childhood and they would soon figure it out when they get older if dolls are for girls or boys. It is actually kind of stupid to make some of the toys or dolls for different kind of genders because if the the toy was for girls and the boys wanted it what would happen? and the toy was for boys and the girls wanted it?

Why is it fine for girls to play with cars and not boys with dolls?

That's a tough one, that shouldn't be happening ↑( the ones I underlined)because toys are for every gender possible and I especially think these days the, " Gender stereotypes" is impacting everything thing that is separated into genders.

Why is the mom so confused and upset about this?

The mom is confused and upset about this situation because what can she do? Should she let her son buy the tangled or not? These days, it doesn't look right if a boy was holding a girl doll and a girl holding a boy toy. the mom is so upset because she is thinking about what the publicity thinks, not what her son really likes.
